The “buy it by the brick” program for The Lab European Edition

In addition to the Cloaking Predator figure, European Clix Brick purchasers of The Lab will receive the much-discussed Zombie Astronaut figure promo that was originally dropped from The Lab. This is a repaint of the Evil Cosmonaut figure. This figure will then be added to the worldwide brick program for Nightmares.

Special Notice (March 12, 2007):

Hey guys,

Sorry I couldn't get to this sooner. The Zombie Astronaut was a promotional piece that was created by doing a repaint of a the Evil Cosmonaut utilizing a slightly more familiar color scheme for an astronaut.

You have all heard before that our production timeline is VERY long so we put things into place pretty far out from release. In the case of the ZA, it fell victim to the mail-away promotions that we put on hold pending review of the program. Hence, the only existing copy of the piece made is sitting on my desk. (And no, you cannot have it. Although, it would be a cool promotion, wouldn't it?)

It could possibly appear in the future, maybe. But for now, it's not any kind of mystery chase piece or anything.

Best, Mark Tuttle http://web.archive.org/web/20131001120800/http://www.itswickedfun.net/reference/monsters/Lab098.html
