45. TZITZIMIME Alien, Aztec
A bizarre monster from Aztec mythology, the tzitzimime are creatures that live among the stars, descending to the Earth on dark nights or during eclipses to devour unwary humans. It is described as looking like a female skeleton dressed in ceremonial Aztec clothing. For this miniature I would use that description as a starting point and then interpret it through a filter of H.R. Giger's "biomechanical" artwork, playing up the "alien-ness" rather than making it a straight folkloric monster. To make it even weirder, I would cast it in transparent dark gray plastic, then dry-brush it with silver paint.
