Sculpt: This is one of the best sculpts in the game and the photo doesn't do it justice at all. Pick this piece up and you can feel the quality, the face is especially good and full of detail. It's just one evil looking monster that looks capable of causing some proper mayhem.
Gameplay: One of the best things about Tendril Queen is her ability to give all your zombie minions stamina. This really makes them a lot more useful effectively preventing weak 1 damage monsters and minions from slaying them. In desperate late-game battles this can make a big differenc., As you'd expect from the scupt she has trap most of the way round the dial meaning most monsters won't be able to escape once within her tendrils. Her stats are good and she has two ranged attacks which can be useful but she's far from slow and can keep up with most monsters. Her possession is useful especially if you're facing invulnerable monsters as you can still do a click of damage and have them attack one of their allies. 135 points isn't cheap but if you plan on using zombies with her and making the most of her minion enhancing power then she's definitely worth it but you'll have to protect her because if she dies so do all your minions, making her a prime target so it's worth keeping a couple of cheap zombie bodyguards with her to block frenzy attacks.
