While the forces of Good have only just begun to manifest in the City during these Apocalyptic times, the forces of Evil have been walking its streets for a very long time now. This monster is one of the Fallen, a former angel who gave in to selfishness and arrogance, and has cast down. Now he wanders the mortal world, seeking to lead the innocent into damnation.
