19. TROUBLESHOOTER Guardian, Vigilante
A municipal worker who deals with everything from burst water mains to monsters in the subway system. The figure would depict a stocky man in orange cover-alls and a hardhat, holding a mag light in one hand and a huge wrench in the other. He would have a bushy moustache and a cigar stub in the corner of his mouth, and would be posed with one foot resting atop the dead body of a grotesque dog-sized monster. Any resemblance to the Mario Bros is not necessarily coincidental...
